Is there a registration fee?

Fees depend on how a student participates:

• Through a school or contest centre: your school communicates the contest fee for your country.
• Global Round (for qualifiers): the Global Round is a separately ticketed, full-day in-person event with its own student and parent/guardian registration fees. See "What does Global Round registration cost?" for details.

There is no discount program — event pricing is already set as close to cost as we can make it, and we work each year to keep the event affordable for families.
