My child's name is not on the results list

The three most common causes, in order:

1. Name mismatch — the list uses the exact name your child was registered under, so a preferred name or different spelling will not match.
2. Wrong grade or edition — check that you are viewing your child's grade for the current contest year.
3. Your region is not uploaded yet — results post as each country's marking is completed.

If none of these apply, email us the child's full registered name, grade, and school or centre, and we will check the master list directly.
