Cancellations, changes and refunds

Plans change — email us as early as you can at info@spiritofmathcontest.com with your Confirmation ID and what you need:

• Cancelling: tell us the reason (a brief note of circumstances helps for medical situations). Approved refunds are processed back through the registration portal, and you will receive a refund-confirmation email when complete.
• Switching programs or correcting a grade: these cannot be self-served once paid — email us what you registered and what it should be.

Refund decisions, especially close to the event date, are handled case by case.
