What does Global Round registration cost, and what is included?

The Global Round is a full-day, in-person event with two registrations per family:

• Student registration — the student's contest participation and full event day.
• Parent/guardian registration — required for the accompanying adult (see "Do parents have to attend?").

Both registrations include meals for the entire day, the awards ceremony, and access to parent lounges for registered adults.

Current prices are shown in the registration portal once a student is invited. Pricing is not published here because it varies: many country representatives bundle additional services — visa support, travel arrangements and contest coaching — into their own package, so the amount a family pays depends on the country they register through. Ask your country representative for the figure that applies to you.

There is no discount program: pricing is set as close to cost as we can make it for an event of this kind, and we work each year to keep it affordable.
