Do parents have to attend the Global Round?

Yes. Every student must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian for the full event day.

The Global Round is a day-long event for children, and adult supervision of each child is required throughout — there is no drop-off option. That is why the parent/guardian registration exists as its own ticket: it covers your meals for the day, your seat at the awards ceremony, and access to the parent lounges while your child competes.

One registered adult per student is the requirement; if additional family members would like to attend, contact us about availability.
