Medical accommodations at the contest

Every accommodation request is handled individually, and we will work our hardest to accommodate your child's needs.

• Email us before the event with what your child needs — for example, a medical device that must remain within range during the exam, or fast-acting glucose on hand.
• We will confirm the arrangement in writing and brief the invigilators, and we recommend re-confirming with us the week of the event.

The earlier you write to us, the more we can arrange.
